The seller was extremely nice, quick to ship my order, and helpful. The retainer met the guage and length requirements of what I selected and was good quality material but the disc was extremely bent. I have ordered from here before and not had an issue with my other retainer but the one I received this time is not comfortably wearable ☹️ Edit: The seller responded within minutes of me messaging them about this, offered helpful advice about how I could try fixing it, and was overall very understanding when working out my ideal solution with me :)

Usually I chew all of them and this one is stiff enough I havent chewed it yet. The ball fits so well ive hung it on the hand towel and my tooth brush and it stayed on. Worth $9. The base is not as squared off as the photo shows. The length is perfect too because the short labret ones make my lip swell around them and the longer ones stick out when I smile. This length must be perfectly in the middle.
